It was the perfect day for the 4th, 5th, and 6th grade track and field meet!!

A sunset has a different meaning for many, but for the class of 2023, the sunset Wednesday evening symbolized the close of a chapter. As seniors hung out on the football field the other night, they visited, played games, and enjoyed one of their last evenings together, as high schoolers, at LCWM. Not many cell phones were visible and they genuinely spent time together.
Class of 2023: The sun may be setting on this season of life, but you have your whole life ahead of you! We hope you will leave LCWM and continue to demonstrate kindness and respect as you find yourself in the workforce or continuing with your education! Take what you've learned here but don't forget the basics. Be respectful, be responsible, be safe, and have integrity! Remember you are unique, have worth, can learn, and WILL EXCEL!!
We wish you the best as you begin this next chapter!

Congratulations for our Boys and Girls Varsity Golf team! They are the 2023 Conference Champs!!

Congratulations to our new and returning National Junior Honor Society Members who were inducted last evening!

Western Governors University was holding its "Fund my Classroom" initiative again across four states. This was the first time teachers in Minnesota could submit their ideas for consideration. Jenna completed an application stating where the funds would be used and how it would impact students and was awarded a $1,020 grant this past Friday. Funds for her project will go towards 93 new books for our school that go along with our new reading curriculum. Books will help students to further their interests in topics of study or bring more of the new knowledge to life.
